One day in early 2007, under a coal mine in Zaozhuang City, the sword was on fire. The miner Lu was pessimistic and world-weary, and stole nitrate ammonia explosives and detonators, ready to take revenge. At a critical moment, a major grabbed the fleeting fighter jet, subdued Lu, and saved the mine from danger. The police officer who was in danger was Sun Zhiqiang, the captain of the teaching team of the Zaozhuang detachment of the armed police.
这不是演习,而是一次实战。对孙志强良好的心理素质,官兵都佩服不已。孙志强刚当上中队长时遇到的一件事对他震动很大。中队奉命在一片麦地里搜捕一名犯罪嫌疑人。受领任务时,队里一名平时军事素质很好的老兵,突然脸色煞白,额头冒汗,紧张得把警棍掉在地上。中队不得不临时把他换了下来。“因为关键时刻心理素质不过硬,这位老兵错过了难得的锻炼机会。”孙志强陷入了沉思。从此,他下定决心,不仅要让战士成为军事技能上的高手,还要把他们训练成临危不惧、敢打硬仗的心理强手。从此,孙志强开始学习心理学知识,记下了20多万字的心理学笔记,借助资料积累了1000余心理治疗个案,初步掌握了心理测试、调查、疏导、训练等方法。“要让每一个战士进教导队‘心理减负’,出教导队‘战斗加分’,为成长进步打好底子。”2006年8月,就任教导队大队长时,孙志强对自己这么要求。今年初,战士杨磊身体不大协调,老做不好持枪卧倒动作。经过多次讲解示范,他还是不能按手、膝、肘和身体左侧的顺序卧倒,总是左胯先着地,一出枪整个动作就散了。班长虽然没有批评他,可他自己却紧张得两条腿发抖。孙志强了解情况后,经过仔细观察,发现杨磊既有挫折心理,又有自卑心理。于是,孙志强专门咨询了卫生队的兼职心理医生,证实了这一判断。接下来,孙志强单独领着杨磊加小灶,让他把一根五六寸长的小树枝夹在左腿的后膝窝里,这样他就能够有意识地提臀,避免了左胯先着地的毛病。不出半个钟头,杨磊就基本掌握了持枪卧倒的动作要领。孙志强从这件事上总结出一条经验:“帮战士把训练成绩提上去,对巩固心理疏导效果有很大的作用。”
Over the past few years, Sun Zhiqiang has summed up the "Four Rules for Psychological Burden Reduction" and "Eight Ways for Psychological Training to Resist Fear" in combination with his military practice. He makes full use of the psychological and behavioral training combination equipment to make new soldiers either high in the sky or in danger. Through the training of five courses such as "life and death checkpoints", "smart entry into gangster nests" and "elimination of dangerous situations", he has tempered the good psychological quality of officers and soldiers. He has also pulled new soldiers to complex environments such as downtown areas and dense forests for anti-hijacking, anti-attack, and anti-explosion training, which has effectively enhanced the psychological reaction ability and thinking ability of new soldiers under special conditions.
